Membership Agreement, Waiver of Liability, and Studio Use Terms

 

By participating in classes, events, and activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in activities at Artsi Creative Space (“Studio”) involves risks including, but not limited to:

• Use of art materials and tools that may result in cuts, scrapes, splinters, stains, or allergic reactions

• Damage to clothing and/or personal belongings

• Minor or serious injury from studio equipment or interaction with others

• The inherent risk of being in a shared creative space

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, illness, or property damage arising out of or related to my use of the Studio, including all workshops, classes, and open studio time.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to enter and use the facilities, equipment, and services of Artsi Creative Space, I hereby release and discharge Artsi LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action resulting from injury, damage, theft, loss, or death arising from my presence in the Studio or participation in Studio-related activities.

This release includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal injury or illness

• Damage to clothing or personal items

• Loss or theft of belongings

• Negligence (except gross negligence or intentional misconduct)

3. MEDIA RELEASE

I grant permission to Artsi Creative Space to take photographs, video, or audio recordings of me (or my minor child if applicable) while participating in any Studio activities. I agree these materials may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, educational, or documentation purposes without compensation. I waive all rights to inspect or approve the finished materials.

4. PARENT/GUARDIAN OF MINOR PARTICIPANTS

Minors (under age 18) may only participate under direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. I understand that as a parent or legal guardian, I am responsible for the conduct and safety of the minor in my care while at the Studio. Unsupervised minors are not permitted and may be asked to leave.

5. MEMBERSHIP FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

Membership Options:

• Weekly Membership: $80 per week, auto-renews weekly until canceled

• Monthly Membership: $200 per month, auto-renews monthly until canceled

• 8-Day Punch Card: $180 (non-recurring, valid for 8 separate days of use)

• Day Pass: $40 (single-day use only)

• Hourly Use: $15 per hour (billed in 30-minute increments at $7.50 per half hour)

By providing my credit or debit card information, I authorize Artsi Creative Space to automatically charge the membership fee to my card based on the plan selected.
I understand I may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle with no penalty or additional fees. No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.

6. RULES OF THE STUDIO

All members and guests must follow the Studio rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises, cancellation of membership without refund, and/or permanent ban from future use.

Studio Rules:

1. No hate speech. Zero tolerance policy

2. Be kind to others

3. Be kind to yourself

4. Have fun

​

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Verbal or written warning

• Immediate expulsion from the Studio

• Termination of membership without refund

• Lifetime ban from the Studio

Interpretation and enforcement of these rules are at the sole discretion of Artsi Creative Space staff, including but not limited to employees, managers, contractors, agents, or designated service providers.
